About Tia
As an Exercise Science graduate of Gardner-Webb University and avid lover of fitness, I have the knowledge and experience to help you reach your training goals! My mission is to help others cultivate strength, confidence, and discipline through fitness. I currently train out of Loray Athletic Club in Gastonia, NC. I have worked with men and women of all ages, and tailor training to fit individual fitness goals. Most of my clients goals have been to lose fat, gain muscle, build strength, or simply learn proper form.
