About Kelsey
I have many user experience working in all areas of fitness as wellness.
I love working with individuals and helping them specifically. There's no cookie cutter solution!
My mother owned a gym, since I was 4 years old, my father was a coach, and I was always an athlete. I love teaching and helping people through fitness. When I was 19, I got certified to start teaching group fitness classes and haven't looked back.
I have been in the fitness and wellness business for 20 years. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Spin Instructor, Silver Sneakers, and hold many other training certificates.
I owned my a Fitness and Wellness Studio for 12 years, with 5 trainers working for me, prior to moving to the Nashville area.
