My name is coach cash and i love to train. But the most loved thing i love about training is helping people rench their fitness dream and aspirations. I like to get know the person on training level to connect first to am i the perfect that person. Then i like to ask questions about there health, any broken bones or disabilities they may have that may interfere with the work out sessions. After the client has made a decision then i ask them to sign a safety waiver.
Be very opend minded and welling to try new things. Be very patient observant. Encourage your student push beyond there limit in a safe manor.
