About Adrianne
I have been a Personal Trainer since 2004! I train is various modalities to meet my clients needs and goals, including Weightlifting, body sculpting, Weight Loss, Pilates, etc. I have experience working with clients of all ages and all ability / fitness levels. My clients have been everywhere from 14 - 105 yrs. old.
My passion for being a Personal Trainer comes from helping my clients reach their small goals on the way to their big goal. Connecting with clients and building relationships makes our sessions fun and keeps clients engaged.
I decided to become a Personal Trainer and Group Instructor after I began my own self transformation. I reached my healthy lifestyle goals and I wanted to share my knowledge and live of fitness with others.

Our first meeting is a Free Consultation where we discuss your goals, nutrition, current activity and what you are looking for in a trainer. I will explain how I develop plans for my clients and styles of training. There is also a brief assessment to get some baseline measurements and a sample workout. This will give you a chance to see if we are a good match.
I would encourage students to meet with many professionals because everyone trains differently.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Have they worked with a variety of people? (Beginners, athletes, post injury, etc?)
Are their prices doable for my long term budget?
