About Benjamin
I help skinny guys get muscle. I struggled myself for years and now I want to help others like me. I have been bodybuilding since I was 13 years old.
I started teaching in big gyms for over 10 years.
I have one certification through ISSA. I also have a bachelors degree with a concentration in wellness and fitness.
