Get to know the client. Not just the fitness or nutritional aspect. Discuss the clients' goals and why they came to Fissionfit. Next, is client history, 72-hour food recall to start the way forward for caloric intake, macros %'s, and other nutrition. Each client will have customized plan in pdf format for while they are training with me, outside of sessions and post-transformation
I have worked with many types of clients from pre and post-natal, to athletic, to BMI 50. I mostly work with customers wanting nutrition assistance and accountability, weight loss, and muscle toning. The key is not to lose healthy weight in the process and not to focus solely on the scale. There are plenty of non-scale victories to be had.
