I am a Nationally certified Personal Trainer, TRx ,and functional ageing certified specialist ,as well as a nutritional coaching.If you go to my website.... My process with working with a new client is to do a health history questionaire, discuss their goals, expectations , and answer any questions they may have, and then do an evaluation on their form
I enjoy working with all students from young to old my youngest is 14 and my oldest is 90 ,andstill going strong!
My advise when looking for a trainer is Knowledge in the field, and how that trainer takes care of themselves is a reflexion of them living a healthy lifestyle, they must always be mindful of your form ,and ensure a safe and effective workout.
I have competed in both Bodybuilding and figure competitons, which i am very proud of during my career.
