#2 For all people 18 and older, who have a cycle this is for you! Within this program, you will have workouts designed uniquly for you that are based on the 4 phases of your menstral cycle. Ever feel like one time of the month you have energy to crush it and another time you are super tired? Well, as woman, we run on a 28ish day cycle and men run on a 24hr day cycle. Men reset hormonally everyday, but as woman its a 28ish day cycle. Exercising this way helps to improve energy and mood, aid in overcoming things like anixety, help minimumis period prone injuries, and the list goes on! I used to oscillate between being really healthy and not healthy at all. Meagan shifted how I think about incorporating exercise and eating. She made goals bite-size, achievable, and fun. Finally, it's second nature, and I don't even think about it anymore. I'm my ideal weight; I still eat all my favorite foods; and I get playful, useful workouts throughout the day.
