About MichelleMarie
I have a very nice fitness studio to introduce you to. CoreFitness located in Lehi Utah. It’s beautiful and new, and they’ll even prepare a high protein post workout shake for you afterwards if you wish.
We’ll enjoy an invigorating 60 minute workout together and find what works best for you!
If you prefer to meet at a Rec Center, where there is a plethora of machines, a swimming pool, and track we can meet at AF Fitness Center, available in American Fork or Pleasant Grove Rec

I love coming up with creative ways to introduce fitness to everyone especially beginners. You may love biking, walking, or dancing. I'll find a way to make your passions part of your routines. I have many different programs and movements that help make working out fun and sustainable!
I'll keep you out of plataus and teach you how to transition from month to month all while teaching you about nutrition while we workout together.
