About Aidan
Hello! I’ve been playing oboe for 12-13 years and have received my bachelor’s degree in oboe performance from the Boston Conservatory, class of 2018. My experience includes private lessons, reed making (can sell), knowledge and experience in many kinds of works (opera, symphony orchestra, solo pieces, etc), and English horn as well as oboe.
My mission is to have students discover the love of music that I have been lucky enough to experience. Some of the happiest moments of my life have been performing with an amazing group playing pieces that I love. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me! Hope to hear from you soon!
My music experiences include:
- Bachelors in oboe performance
- Knowledge in multiple subjects, including music history, connecting works with others
- can teach reed making, also able to sell (including English horn reeds)
- Experience in both oboe and English horn
- have played in many settings, including Boston’s Symphony hall with New England Conservatory’s prep school, Boston Conservatory orchestra, Boston University orchestra; have attended festivals such as Miami Music Festival as part of their opera program
