Cultivating positive relationships around eating and preparing foods, especially for those living with food allergies and tick-borne conditions has become my life mission. Certifications: Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Reiki II.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories, including gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

First we start with submitting a review of some basic health history. Next, the client is asked to review a basic write up or short video which answers most common questions about Health Coaching and programs available. Then we meet in person, by phone or a Zoom video conference call to go over the client's health history and my offerings and to determine if we are a suitable match to work with one another. (I can refer the client to another coach or professional if needed.)
