About Arnaldo
First, let me thank you for checking out our gym, and showing an interest in joining Hard Exercise Works Asheville! I can't wait to help you reach your fitness goals. Let me tell you a bit about our program.
Our programming specializes in functional movement, basically helping you be more efficient in every day life. There are no beginner classes, but we can scale each workout to your individual level of athleticism.
We offer 11 classes a day, five days a week.
Our morning classes are 5:50AM, 7:00AM, 8:00AM, 9:00AM, and 10:00AM
Our afternoon classes are 12:00PM, 3:00PM, 4:00PM, 5:00PM, 6:00PM, and 7:00PM
You don't have to attend the same class every time; come to whichever fits your schedule best.
Every day, we do a different workout. You never have to do any thinking! When you come in, all the weights will be laid out and labeled clearly. We demonstrate every movement each day, and offer progressions and modifications if you are unable to do any specific exercise due to skill level or previous injuries. While there are no specific class attendance requirements, we do encourage members to try and come in five days a week.
The best part of our workouts is that you are in and out of the door in 55 minutes. That will include a warm-up, workout, and mandatory stretch.

Muscle strengthening lessons offered by Arnaldo are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Asheville. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
