About SONYSHA
The Mindfulness Journey with Sonysha, started in 2015 by Sonysha Thapa. The Institute conveys pieces of training created from a rich custom of profoundly grounded, scrutinizing, and care-based harmony and social change work, just as the most recent improvements in neuroscience-based authority preparing. I am originally from the Himalayan country Nepal. It is known as the roof of the world. Since my childhood, I am very passionate about mediation and Yoga. All these years I have learned and practiced to master my craft to help and teach other people to live quality and peaceful life.
First, i started teaching my friends and family and slowly, i got refered to many people and then I started Mindfullness Journey with Sonysha. Then, I love to help people to live their life happy, healthy and peacefully.
