About Courtney

I am a recent college graduate working full-time and looking for a part-time job as a tutor. I have a B.A. in Art and a minor in Biology from the University of Idaho. I graduated high school as valedictorian with special recognition for math, art, and English. I'm most passionate about the latter two, but I am willing to help students in whatever subject they may need a little extra time on. While this is will be my first tutoring job, I have had practice in the form of nannying and various babysitting jobs. My experience with autistic symptoms can also make me a good tutor for students on the spectrum or with ADHD. I would be able to tutor all ages in art and English, and math and science up to 10th grade.

I have a Bachelors of Art in Art with a minor in Biology. I also worked as a nanny for two years, helping the children with homework was one of my tasks.

The most important quality to find in a teacher is amicability. If you get along with your teacher, you will be able to learn any subject.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What would be most beneficial for me to discuss? What am I looking for in a tutor? What am I hoping to get out of this experience?
