I've worked with children, olympic athletes, teenagers animals, pro wrestlers, eledrely folks, and everyday adults. Learn how to train the body for any goal or physical endeavor using advanced combinations of strength training, yoga, stretching and nutritional know-how. I teach and train trainers and massage therapists at the College level.
