Seasoned Thought Leader with an international reputation for assisting organizations and individuals design and strategically develop a plan that allows them to work thru the process of challenges, change, and achievement of goals. Emphasis on helping clients articulate intentions, distinguish purpose, stimulate fresh perspectives, cultivate a culture of adventure, accountability, and conquer chaos.
I enjoy most building a relationship of collaboration and seeing my client's return on investment. There is nothing greater than helping someone reach their goals.
My purpose is to fall in love with the people that I wish to serve, enabling them and empowering them to find their own spiritual fortitude.
I do not "teach". I coach. There is a significant difference between teaching, training, mentoring, coaching, and therapy. Pure coaching stimulates the answers from within the client, rather than an outside source - thereby allowing the client to retain their success. Pure coaching provides facilitation of the process for the client to reach their desired goals.
The profession of coaching evolved for me when I recognized our society had lost the art of thought-processing. As a former consultant, advisor, & trainer, I recognized people were dependent upon someone else telling them what to do and how to do it. And that works in the short-term, but was not statistically profitable or efficient in the long-haul of success and vision. True vision, purpose, commitment, endurance comes from within. A great coach will stimulate ownership of thoughts, actions, strategic planning, endurance; and empower the client to clarify the obstacles, conquer the challenges, calm the chaos, and execute their purpose.

Pricing should never hold anyone back from the goals they are committed to achieve. I prefer to work from a value standpoint, whereby the client has just enough investment to be serious about their endeavor, yet not be so strapped that they aren't able to focus on the end result.
