Pennie, founder and creatress of Enlightened Living, is a CRNA, jyotishi (vedic astrologer), energy practitioner and meditation and yoga master teacher. She is passionate about supporting others on their path of enlightened living.

Learn to Meditate:
Pennie learned to meditate while in a very rigourous graduate program and this practice very well may of saved her life. Verified by her own experience, she knows how powerful a consistent, daily meditation practice can be. It creates the medium upon which complete healing of body (physical and emotional), mind, and spirit can be realized.
The meditation technique that Pennie shares is simple yet potent. It is appropriate for beginners and long-time meditators alike.
In this meditation course, you will receive:
4 pre-recorded lectures diving deep into the science of meditation, states of consciousness, and more in four modules:
Module 1: What is sattva? Paths of Yoga, Mind and Consciousness
Module 2: Neuroanatomy and Neuroscience
Module 3: Basics of Meditation, Sadhana, Setting, Time
Module 4: 4 Stages of Meditation, Connecting to the Elements
Initiation into Himalayan meditation technique including Kriya 1 and personal mantra
Sacred Rituals: Opening Yagya (fire ceremony), Puja offerings
You will be supported every step of the way:
Daily Meditation Support (virtual) for 14 days
Weekly Check-ins for 4 weeks
Monthly Rounding practice for duration of our course

I am priviledged to work with students from all walks of life - all socioeconomic backgrounds, cultures, faiths, ages. The thing they all have in common is that they have reached a point that playing small is no longer an option. They are committed to their evolution, regardless of how uncomfortable it may be, they chose to lean into the discomfort of the unknown for they can no longer live "comfortably" in the known. Many times, these students have reached a breaking point and are ready to take the quantum leap. They are now willing. Willingness is key. They find me "by chance" as if led by Grace herself.
