About Marie
In my business it is my job to create lasting memories for our clients within a small window of time where the level of experience encompasss everything from love to passion and beyond. I have been creating client events for 25 plus years and have been owning a venue now for 10 years. We have been featured on Bravo, MTV, VH1 and more. I have worked with clients in most levels of luxury. The foundation of my business is in Atlanta Georgia. But we do events anywhere a client wants to send us.
I have mentored clients from personal self improvement, marriage counseling, wedding counseling, all the way up to full business plan formatting to grand opening and then day to day running.
My passion is business ownership.
My passion is being in control of my time and helping others discover the beauty in this!
I am 27 years married and raised 7 children which I consider the hardest job hat that I wear. I am practical and pragmatic when it comes to mentoring, motivating, or working to structure new businesses with my clients.
My formal education is in clothing design. My preferred education is in real life, hands on, making it happen every day.
No frills just go and get it.
I’m not a great fan of social media although I know that it has a place in business. I do not hang my success today or tomorrow on it as a rule of thumb. I do have a profile for my company Le Fais do-do on several web pages. I am personally on Facebook and Linken In. But don’t expect to be impressed by any of my social media.
I do not regularly put my energy there.
I enjoy working from home, setting my schedule for life how I choose, being in the drivers seat for my future. Teaching my kids about business. Helping my husband with his business when I can. My business is fun and keeps me fresh with design but the most enjoyable part is being my own boss.
Initally my teaching began in college when my pattern making professor asked me to student teach in her absence. I was paid for this and it mushroomed into tutoring and mentoring in college.
I have taught 7 children in all the subjects needed to make it through school, on to college, and beyond.
I have run a Shakespeare acting program for the last 22 years for an Atlanta public elementary school.
I have mentored dozens of young and up coming business owners through my event business with business launches, book launches, entrepreneur expos, and other genre professional expos.

My favorite endeavor in the recent past was an event that I hosted for a group called Women Who UX. This was a high level group of women from around the world focused on the IT industry. The event producers came from Australia to the Atlanta market and hosted an all day interactive event.
