About Dr Philip S
When the student is 'ready' ... The teacher 'arrives'. This has always been the sole-motivator as to how I approach the sharing of knowledge, "myself humbly included". I am a former University Educator, serving both undergraduate and graduate students, both in the United States, and eight countries abroad. I've had the pleasure and honor to work with over 2,500 students since the inception of this wonderful journey. Mature Secondary Level students welcome as well. EG in The US: Juniors & Seniors are welcome.
Special Needs Candidates are most welcome. I have the honor and distinction of having beeen affiliated, and worked with Special Olympians for over twenty-years, and worked with ("still working with") Autistic Students; in particular, those diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome.

I ask that they state in simple terms, what their goals are, how long they anticapate achieving them, their willingness to learn, and their finite time-limit in doing so. I do the rest. I have invested fifteen years of my life in custom curriculum and education program development; of which serves me very well once I have received a potentiates learning proposal.
