Hi! I’m Thanusha, a biotechnology student with a strong passion for mathematics and teaching. I believe that math is not just about numbers—it’s about problem-solving, logical thinking, and real-world applications. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps to help students build confidence and excel in their studies. I focus on building a strong foundation in mathematical concepts while making learning engaging and interactive. My teaching methodology includes step-by-step explanations, real-life applications, and problem-solving techniques to help students understand and retain concepts effectively. I also use visual aids, practice exercises, and past year papers to reinforce learning. Each lesson typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, starting with a quick revision, followed by concept explanation, guided practice, and a short quiz to assess understanding. I have experience in tutoring and mentoring students, along with strong mathematical skills which I use to create structured notes and exercises. My lessons are designed for primary (Standard 4, 5 & 6) and PT3 students (Form 1 to Form 3, ages 13–15) who need help with understanding concepts, improving problem-solving skills, or preparing for exams. Whether they struggle with math or want to enhance their skills, I tailor my approach to suit their learning needs.
