About Nina
Tutoring has always been accessible to me considering a family line of educators. Once I was able to transition into student teaching for my undergraduate, it only motivated me to help students challenge and reach their potential the way I was motivated by my own tutors/teachers during my adolescence.
High school and College educated. BA degree in English in Education 7-12. Active credits towards MA degree.

Getting a brief understanding of the student outside of their academics. It is important to a gage a student in understanding their own strengths and weaknesses in their studies, so as a unit we can work on them together. Building a solid rapport with one another, can not only help the pupil excel, but can make student enthusiastic to learn.
I have experience tutoring children and adolescents of various ages and subjects. English studies being my greatest strength when it comes to tutoring.
Direct family and friends strengthened my experience in what it means to work with all different types of students. I have experience working with students with special needs, learning deficiencies, as well as ELL learners.
