About Jessica

I am a student at UTSA majoring in nursing. I have always had a love for writing. When I was younger, I wrote poems, newsletters for my elementary school classes, and stories. Today, my passion for writing transfers to essays. I love to write essays, whether about the impact of World War 1 or about genetics, and have been commended on my use of vocabulary and impactful sentence structure.

I graduated from Lake Travis High School in Austin, Texas with a 3.9 GPA on a 4.0 scale and mastered a handful of math, science, and career application classes. These classes include biology, physics, chemistry, algebra 1 and 2, pre-calculus, college algebra, forensics, anatomy and physiology, health science, certified nursing assistant practicum, and pharmacology. I am the most strong in algebra, pre-calculus, biology, and reading and writing.

Please reach out to me for further questions. I am excited to meet you and your child!

I have always loved school. I love to learn, take notes, and apply my knowledge inside and outside the learning environment. As a child, I would 'play school' with my two younger siblings and at recess. Through this, I taught my younger sister how to read prior to entering kindergarten. I would absolutely love to help your child further their math, reading and writing, and science skills.

I am currently a student at The University of Texas at San Antonio. I am studying nursing.

When working with a new student, I will introduce myself and build trust with the student by sharing a bit about myself and asking them about their most and least favorite things about school.
