I am a young man that studies the real-world applications of technical and creative writing. I like to speak to my students first and learn a little bit about how they do things and any problem areas they feel they have. I like to see what I am working with.
Next, if possible, I look at any work they have recently done to see their personal process.
Finally, I help them to brush up and / or learn techniques to help them sharpen their skills. My goal is to help students reach their best selves while being excellent communicators. Being unique and refined in your work delivers the most effectiveness.
I work with high school to university.
I would advise them to make sure they follow through. If you can do that you will succeed.
Something I read recently based on the psychology of narcissism. I like to read about complex psychology sometimes. That is very fun for me to read because understanding people is neat to me.
