About Jules

This is an opportunity to increase your skills on an individual basis, from someone who was recently there.

You will be taught by a college student, who has played basketball since elementary and has coached since freshmen year of high school. I love the game of basketball for more than just the athletic purpose, it taught me a lot of discipline. It taught me to be a leader in my four years being varsity team captain and MVP. I know the dedication and effort it takes to play at the next level, beyond high school.

My passion is to educate youth on basketball skills, but also skills they can implement off of the court as well.

I am a basketball coach for a middle school team, and also coach basketball summer training camps. I also have a lot of experience training elementary and middle school children one on one.

I started coaching approximately four years ago and realized I was having a large impact on a lot of players lives. It is rewarding to be able to help youth grow not only on the court but off the court as well.

My goal is to strengthen existing strengths while focusing on what the player believes their weaknesses are alongside my initial assessment. I encourage a lot of self-reflection, so when they are in a game scenario they can consciously adapt to a situation. Each player is unique and has a different skill set, my goal is to help each player be the best possible athlete they can.

Often times I may also recommend/request that I follow up by watching them in a game or scrimmage scenario, to truly assess how to better them as not only an individual but a team player.

I have worked with grades K-9, individually, in basketball skill camps, and in school athletic programs.
