About Mark G

I started playing the game of basketball junior year of high school. From there I went to three colleges finishing at the University of Machias. After college I went pro. I played in South America and Europe. I can guarantee I’ll get your game to the next level, whether it would be shooting, passing, defense, agility, or athleticism. You tell me what you need I’ll write up a program and we’ll get after it!

In high school we used to volunteer on the varsity team and run a summer camp. And then we did the same thing for college and I kept going from there.

I've played all levels of the game. I'm currently playing pro in Europe. I mainly train 6th grade and up.

First I'll ask them what is there goal. Where do you see yourself being with basketball in the long run not short run? Do you want to be a pro, or play varsity in high school or play scholarship level? These are the things I need to know so I can train you the correct way. What do they want to accomplish physically/ mentally? If I know your mindset I now how to prepare you for success.

8th graders and up.

Just come to me with a open mind and heart and whatever you have on your mind I'm hear to listen and help.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Just think about what you want to improve on or maybe even what a coach has asked you to improve on and then come straight forward with those questions.
