About Tom
I am a Doctor of Chiropractic who wants to help students be able to practically apply anatomy and physiology- not just memorize and dump for tests. Whether or not this is for a future career, these subjects are useful to truly understand what is happening with your body as you move, exercise, and get sick.
I enjoy helping people understand what is truly going on within the body, and helping to improve their lives. Research shows that by simply teaching pain physiology on a basic level to chronic pain patients can help to greatly reduce their pain- just by helping the individual understand what is going on within their own body*. Teaching anatomy and physiology can help everyone understand the body and apply their knowledge to help themselves, their family, and of course, their grade.
