I have also taught at Sunshine Senior Secondary School, Hisar for more than 1 year. The result was 100% pass. I have been a member of the student-assessment team (SAT) at the school, whose objectives was to assess and improve the score of students.
I teach maths in a way in which it should be teach. eg: Chapter on "surface area and volume" of class 10 is not just formula based rather I teach the students by providing the real life objects. I focus on each and every student of the class and starts the chapter from basic because I never differentiate between the students.
I have also cleared GATE, UGC-NET exam in my first exam. Teaching is not just to deliver the knowledge hat we have rather delivery in a meaningful way which can be absorbed by students easily. Class 9 and 10 scores decides the subjects that he/she can choose further. So considering the grasping power of students I make my class interesting.
