About Aneesa

Mods and Politics can feel completely overwhelming at times. Trying to break down complex global issues or figure out where to even start with a dissertation or assignment can cause a huge amount of stress - not to mention trying to keep up with the news!

I want you to know that I understand that pressure. My approach is entirely different from a busy classroom setting. In our online sessions, there is no judgement, no rush, and zero pressure. We will take complicated topics and break them down together into manageable chunks.

At the heart of my teaching is a simple belief: you learn best when you feel supported. That is why I focus on building a positive relationship with every student. Our online lessons are a relaxed, zero-pressure zone where we go at your pace. We will clear through the clutter together and get your coursework sorted one step at a time!

My methodology is built on two things: building deep subject confidence and mastering exam technique. In our sessions, we break down complex political systems and social issues into simple, memorable concepts. We heavily focus on essay frameworks and source technique so you know exactly how to structure your answers to pick up every available mark.

As well as this, my approach is completely individualised. I adapt my teaching methods to match each student's unique learning style and specific academic goals. Lessons are relaxed and a safe space to ask questions.

Standard lessons are 60 minutes long, which is the perfect length to focus on a specific topic or skill without fatigue. Lessons will take place 100% online and digital resources are available to all students to keep and use as part of their revision.

Available Levels:
- Modern Studies (National 4, 5, Higher, Advanced Higher)
- Politics (Higher)
