About Venus
Highly experienced Spanish teacher for GCSE, A-levels, Spanish for travelling and business. There is a huge difference between a course for basic knowledge of Spanish for a short trip to Spain or Latin America, and one for academic and business purposes. My experience has allowed me to focus on the students’ needs and objectives, helping them to obtain the best results. For me, it is vital to create lessons that stimulate students to keep their interest in the subject with activities that make their learning process entertaining, enjoyable and interesting. I am Spanish mother tongue and I studied the Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector together with the International House Certificate in the Teaching of Spanish to Adults – IH CLTA in London. I used to be a full-time teacher for over 10 years. Now, I work in an office but also I enjoy teaching Spanish so I decided to do it a few hours per week. I define myself as a self-motivated, calm and energetic person with creativity skills and exceptional people skills that enable me to interact well with my students and peers. Finally, I consider myself a teacher who really wants to help students in their learning process. I am very helpful and patient, providing always a high standard of support for my students.
