I am a certified personal trainer with a background in engineering (B.E in ENTC) and a strong passion for fitness and strength training. I have participated at district, state, and national levels in powerlifting and bodybuilding, which has given me practical experience and a deep understanding of disciplined training.
Along with my training certification, I also hold a nutrition certification, which helps me guide clients not just in workouts but also in maintaining a balanced and sustainable diet.
I believe in maintaining a professional, supportive and result-oriented approach with all my clients. My focus is always on proper technique, safety and long-term progress rather than shortcuts.
