My diverse background in education that enables me to be highly adaptive and flexible with each student's individual strengths and needs. I am currently focused on helping families overcome pandemic related academic challenges including, but not limited to, the surface level concerns of completing homework and time spent studying. I work one-on-one with the student to help define their individual needs, strengths and challenges. I then work with the family to understand their situation and then create the most effective learning environment possible. This includes areas such as: schedule management, creating an effective learning space, and perhaps most importantly, guiding effective communication with the school.
