About Laurie
My name is Laurie, and I am a fully qualified Irish and Geography teacher with a strong academic background and a deep passion for education. I hold a BA (Hons) in Irish and Geography, as well as a Master's in Education, both from Maynooth University. I am also currently pursuing a second Master's in Irish Education from Trinity College.
With extensive experience as an examiner for both oral and written exams with the SEC and as a múinteoir in the Gaeltacht, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to my teaching. My approach is student-centered, focusing on breaking down exam content into manageable sections and building confidence in every student. I am particularly dedicated to promoting Irish language education and helping students achieve their full potential.
