About Somya

I am a mathematics teacher who believes that learning is not about memorizing formulas, but about understanding the world more clearly. Over the years, I have worked with students of different abilities, and that has taught me one important thing—every student can learn, but not in the same way.

I am here not just to teach mathematics, but to help you think, question, and grow. Mathematics is a language, and once you understand it, it opens doors to logic, problem-solving, and confidence in everyday life.

I want to share my knowledge because I have seen how the right guidance can change a student’s journey. I have seen hesitation turn into curiosity, and fear turn into confidence. That transformation is powerful, and I want to be a part of it.

For me, teaching is not just a profession—it is a responsibility. If I can make even one concept clearer, one doubt smaller, or one student more confident, then I am doing something meaningful.

In this journey, I am not just your teacher—I am your guide, your supporter, and someone who believes in your ability, even when you may not see it yet.

About the class

I have over eight years of experience teaching Mathematics to high school students, working with learners of varied abilities and learning styles. My approach is student-centered and flexible, allowing me to adapt lesson plans based on the needs, pace, and understanding of each class.

I focus on building strong conceptual clarity while also preparing students effectively for board examinations through structured practice, problem-solving strategies, and regular assessments. I incorporate real-life applications and interactive methods to make learning engaging and meaningful.

I continuously monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support where required, helping students build confidence and achieve consistent academic improvement.
