About Adam

I am currently head of a health and wellbeing company which specialises in employee health and wellbeing. Alongside this I also work as a tutor and assessor delivering level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 personal training qualifications. I hold numerous higher education qualifications, numerous sporting qualifications and have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. I also work as a Fitness Consultant helping UK known gym businesses and also local independently owned gyms / fitness studios improve their services and customer experiences.

About the class

As you can read from the above I hold huge experience in this sector. I tutor anyone studying in the range from P.E at GCSE level up to Level 3 Personal Training qualifications and anything in between. If you are unsure please feel free to enquire.
