About Chalo
My experience teaching guitar dates back to when I was about 16 or 17 and I would be teaching my school friends. That is roughly the same time when I started playing my first gigs at parties with my band. As time went by and my own guitar playing improved and I started playing in more serious bands and venues, more people wanted me to teach them guitar lessons.
An important point of my mindset and philosophy is that more than an actual job, teaching and sharing my different skills is like my calling in life. It is all about helping others become better and achieve their full potential while I myself self-realize!
I've never taking myself too seriously as teaching comes naturally and I like to share my knowledge and skills. I believe that learning to play an instrument should be fun, hassle-free and laidback. I am a constantly learning and improving guitarist myself and I try to make the best of my own learning experience, so believe me I'll make my best to help you have an amazing learning journey!

My teaching method is effective and I can guarantee with confidence that you'll learn to play guitar/ ukulele in a reasonable time because we'll build from the bottom up starting with easy and simple concepts and exercises anyone can understand.
Lessons have a core content but are adapted to the aspiring guitarist's individual learning needs and pace. I'll spare you the more complex and hard to grasp aspects of music theory because this is basically a hands-on practical course. Meaning you'll learn concepts and exercises that are readily applicable so you see results soon!
My course is designed around a wide array of concepts and principles that have worked for ME in my own journey as a guitarist and I still use today after over 30 years of playing guitar.
