Hi! My name is Yadhira Rodriguez, a first-year student at Rutgers Business School majoring in Supply Chain Management and Finance. As a first-generation Peruvian Latina, I bring a unique perspective and a strong passion for mentorship and education.
I have extensive experience working with kids across various roles. I served as Head Cheerleading Coach for three years, leading over 50 children aged 6-14. This role involved teaching routines, fostering teamwork, and creating a positive environment where kids could build confidence.
