JP has been helping my husband and I with computer problems for a number of years now. It is always a good experience. His teaching style is geared to your level of understanding. He is patient,and follows your rhythm, so you can absorb and use what he is helping you with. Two times I have called when I was in a bit of a situation, but he responds quickly and calmly. He gives you timely advice about devices, and has followed up with resources.
I have used JP for many years probably 12 and for me he has been an absolute godsend and had saved me on several occasions.
