I am a qualified and professional Web & Graphic Designer and Computer Teacher with a BS (Hons) in Information Technology and over six years of experience in graphic and website design. I have also worked as a Computer Teacher and Lab Assistant, teaching students from Grade 7 onward, as well as a Web and Graphic Design Trainer. My expertise includes Computer Science, basic and advanced computer skills, web design, graphic design, front-end coding, and problem-solving. I am passionate about helping students learn in a clear, engaging, and practical way. I believe that learning computers should be simple, practical, and enjoyable. My teaching approach is student-focused, and I adapt each lesson according to the student’s level, goals, and learning pace.
I start by understanding what the student already knows and what they want to achieve. I then explain concepts in simple language, demonstrate each step clearly, and give students hands-on exercises so they can practice what they have learned. I encourage questions and provide plenty of practical examples to build confidence and problem-solving skills.
A typical lesson lasts around 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged depending on the student’s needs. Each class generally includes a short explanation, practical demonstration, guided practice, and independent exercises.
I have experience helping students develop their computer skills from basic computer literacy to more advanced topics. My goal is not just to teach students how to follow instructions, but to help them understand how and why things work so they can use their skills independently.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, school and college students, university students, and adults who want to improve their computer knowledge. Whether you are completely new to computers or want to strengthen your existing skills, I can tailor the lessons to your individual needs and objectives.
