About Hannah
I was a youth worker for seven years before moving into the UK Civil Service. As a senior leader, I successfully coached and mentored colleagues for years, including around interpersonal skills, before leaving corporate life to become a full time coach last year. I specialise in friendship and connection because these are things we all struggle with at times, but it's not something that's easily talked about.

Completely personalised content - we'll start wherever you're at, set clear goals, and go from there. I can help with - navigating social situations, friendship building skills, working out who's genuine and who isn't, managing social anxiety, handling people you meet on social media.
Sessions last between 1 and 1.5 hours, and are fun and highly interactive - some taught content, some coaching, habit forming and skills development work, some live practice & working through different scenarios.
I work with teens / young adults who would like to build more genuine connections with others, may be navigating transitions such as moving schools, moving to a new area, or starting university. Experienced in working with ASD / ADHD.
