We practice together through exercises, writing prompts, or discussions, and end the session with a summary of what was learned and clear action steps for the next session. I often provide examples, helpful resources, and strategies for organizing thoughts and developing strong essays. Because of my own academic experiences, maintaining a 4.0 GPA while balancing multiple responsibilities, I have developed techniques that help students stay organized, focused, and motivated. My background in teaching, including years as a swim instructor, has also strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly, remain patient, and adapt to different learning styles.
