I am an experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience working across both the NHS and private sector. Alongside my clinical practice, I have worked as a Lecturer and Service Manager, supporting the development of physiotherapy students, newly qualified practitioners, and healthcare professionals.
My managerial experience has included extensive involvement in recruitment, shortlisting applications, conducting interviews, and supporting staff through career progression.
