About Phay
I’m a passionate personal trainer who loves helping clients feel strong, confident, and in tune with their bodies. I have 5 years of experience in personal training/group coaching. I have trained various forms of training myself, ranging from HIIT to Olympic Powerlifting and Cross training. I am very passionate about nutrition and integrating that into sports to fuel the optimal outcome.
