I am an experienced Business Lecturer in the UK with several years of experience teaching and assessing Higher Education students on Pearson HND Business programmes. I specialise in subjects including Marketing, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership and Management, Digital Marketing, Research Projects, and Business Strategy.
My academic background includes an MSc in Management, and I also hold professional qualifications in teaching, assessment, and internal quality assurance. Alongside my teaching role, I serve as a Lead Internal Verifier, ensuring assessment quality, consistency, and compliance with awarding body requirements.
I understand that every student learns differently. Therefore, I adapt my teaching approach to suit individual learning styles, academic goals, and levels of confidence. I am an experienced Business Lecturer in the UK, teaching and assessing Pearson HND Level 4 and Level 5 Business programmes.
