About Wendy

I taught in East Sussex schools from 1984 . A range of subjects with a focus on geography. Much one to one support offered within school setting. Tutoring experience ( Maths English to GCSE) outside of school for 4 years. previously I was an Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Sixth Form so have a good knowledge of the university (UCAS) system and guidance for careers/ job applications etc.

Individualised and motivating approach. Confidence building is an essential part of my approach. A variety of lesson styles according to your preferences. I like to find out how you enjoy learning and then tailor sessions around that. Good at demystifying exam board requirements for essay writing.
