About Marta
I am a Spanish teacher with a passion for teaching languages in ways that are dynamic whilst building confidence and generating interest in the language and cultures of speakers of Spanish globally.
I have sound experience teaching Spanish conversation and public speaking, preparation for GCSE exams, DELE and A level Spanish as well as business Spanish. I have also designed lessons with a specific thematic focus for intermediate and advance students who want to continue to improve their Spanish.
Length of lessons ranges from 1 hour to 2 hours (intensive sessions). Happy to discuss your interest and to offer a 45 min free class for those interested.

My approach to teaching Spanish focuses in all skills of language acquisition (vocabulary and confidence build up, listening and comprehension, some writing and speaking). I also adapt this to students needs as I strongly believe in designing lessons in ways that are specific to every student´s interests and learning style.
I have a doctorate in literature and languages and I am a bi-lingual speaker with QTS qualification in languages. With over 15 years experience in teaching languages in the UK, the US and Spain, ranging from secondary and university teaching to tutoring and classes in companies around London, I have extensive experience teaching across ages, abilities and registers of Spanish.
