About Alexandra

Master’s degree in Teaching and QTS Certificate. Official Certificate as a specialist teacher in teaching Spanish for foreigners. I have worked as a Spanish Teacher for more than five years, giving lessons to both adults and children with work experience in a mainstream school that helped me to have a good understanding of the National Curriculum in Secondary School and A-levels. Also, I prepare students for Public Examinations. I started giving lessons in a charity in England to teach people with disabilities and elderly people. This experience changed my life and since then, I decided that I wanted to become a Spanish Teacher. After that experience, I have worked in many places: youth centres, academies, organisations, secondary schools as well as giving my own Spanish classes online or face to face. I have been able to see the learning and progress of my students and also their motivation to keep learning, something that keeps me motivated to continue teaching and being passionate about it. Besides that, I realised that my students enjoyed while learning and that's why I decided that it would be the key to my teaching: personalising the lessons by letting my students enjoy the process of learning.
