About Sara
I am currently studying Visual Art and Education at York University, I have experience in photography, printmaking, drawing, painting, and sculpture, as well as video. I have taught in high school classrooms and in studio settings for students ages 3 to 18. I am very passionate about this topic, and love getting the chance to help those equally as passionate, to improve their skills and artistic eye.

I normally teach in a very organic way. I enjoy getting to know the student's personality, inspirations, and goals, as this is essential when teaching. It provides a starting point for what the student is hoping to get out of the lessons, and how to provide them with the help they are looking for. In my position I feel it is my job to guide my students through their challenges, and help them see their own potential and gain confidence in their abilities. Thus helping them blossom into the artist they dream of becoming.
