Maitri is very easy to work with. She knows the intricacies of the poses, breath work and flows and guides according to each individual. She teaches all aspects of yoga and not just the poses so it helps in the overall health. Really glad that I found her!

I have been taking remote 1:1 yoga classes from Maitri for the past couple of months. She is extremely knowledgeable and an absolute delight to work with, I wait for the yoga classes and the knowledge she shares on yoga, breath, posture, lifestyle and so much more.
