Catherine has taught for nearly 15 years at the high school and middle school level. She connects with her students and makes her assignments & lessons enjoyable. Her students learn and excel, I’ve even witnessed former students writing her saying she’s the reason they pursued a certain major in college. Teaching isn’t her job it’s her passion and calling to help the youth thrive and prepare their futures.

Catherine communicates and puts genuine energy to what she teaches. Ms. Martins is a trustworthy teacher because she makes herself available for help in and outside of classrooms.

After working alongside Catherine for over a year, I feel 100% confident to say that Catherine is an incredibly intelligent teacher and overall intelligent person. She is extremely knowledgeable in the content of English/Language Arts and is just as literate in the world of technology. She is always willing to help people no matter what their skill set is and is extraordinarily dependable. She is always positive about making progress and works her hardest to ensure that her students see the best in themselves that she sees!
