My goal as a tutor is to make content feel clear and manageable. A typical lesson plan, flexible and paced to the student's comfort level, looks like this:

3. Independent application
4. Wrap up and next steps: discussion of lingering questions, takeaways, and optional practice suggestions.
As a current English student, I have extensive experience in reading comprehension, analysis, and academic writing. I can patiently and encouragingly help instill these skills in elementary, middle, and high school students. All levels are welcome, from those struggling to those aiming to excel.
